SMS text messaging, logos & ringtones*
Please get the bill payer's permission before using these services. All charges include VAT. Outbound SMS: Text messaging will cost £0.25p per message plus the cost of your outgoing message; monochrome oporator logos costs £1.00 plus the cost of your outgoing message; monochrome picture messages will cost £1.50 plus the cost of your outgoing message; colour wallpapers will cost £3.00 plus the cost of your outgoing message; ring tones cost £3.00 per ring tone plus the cost of your outgoing message. These will be included in your mobile phone bill. Inbound SMS (UK only): Will cost the same as your normal text message rate. Please take care in writing the message, as errors will not be received as orders, but you will be charged for your order request at your normal text message rate.

Delivery of SMS
Delivery of a Item purchased pursuant to this Legal Information will be made direct to your mobile phone details of which are provided by you at the time of purchase.

Delivery is conditional in all respects on the following :
a) Your mobile phone must be set to receive text messages.
b) The Item you order must be capable of being received on your mobile phone. Please note that not all mobile phones allow the storage of new ringtones.
c) Items can only be sent if your phone is on a compatible mobile phone network and the network is not down.

Usage of SMS Data
Mobile phone Logos & Ringtones are to be used for private purposes only for musical ringtones on your mobile telephone. Logos are to be used for private purposes only for greeting signs on your mobile telephone. For these purposes you are permitted to download and store on your mobile telephone instructions which make up any Ringtone and/or Logo ordered by you. You may not copy or forward any Ringtone or Logo to anyone else.
